Introducing our 2009 Organic vintage
Organic wine is made from certified organic or bio-dynamically grown grapes, grown with no pesticides, fungicides, chemical fertilisers or herbicides. The grapes for our organic wine range were bio-dynamically grown by Lyn and Francois Retief in NSW’s Riverina region, before being sent to Warrego Wines at Marburg for Winemaker Kevin Watson to undertake the organic winemaking process. The winery is audited every year by Australian Certified Organics to ensure that your organic wine is made to exacting organic standards.
Opulent Organics White Cab Dry Rosé 2009 “Very crisp and dry. No preservative added. Beautiful salmon colour. Goes well with white meats and grilled fish or with sushi.”
