This simple Indian red lentil wet dal is a favourite in our house!
Meal kit contains: (all certified organic)
Red split lentils, lemon, onion, garlic clove, basmati rice, recipe card.
Things you’ll need from your own pantry: frying oil of your choice (eg. ghee, coconut, etc), salt, ground turmeric, cumin seeds (optional), chillies (optional), fresh coriander to garnish (optional).
Great with the spinach/cheese Indian bread accompaniment.
