Certified Organic & Premium Provenance

Our Organic Bone-in Ham is raised on Australian farms adhering to strict organic standards. The pigs are fed certified organic feed, free from synthetic chemicals, antibiotics, and growth hormones. The product is certified under recognised Australian organic certification (e.g. ACO or equivalent), ensuring full traceability and compliance with organic livestock regulations. Because the ham remains on the bone, the flavour is richer and the texture more succulent.


Product Characteristics & Health Benefits

This ham delivers a naturally smoky, deep flavour from traditional wood smoking techniques. The meat slices easily off the bone and retains a moist, tender bite. From a nutritional standpoint, ham offers high-quality protein, essential B-vitamins (especially B₁₂ and niacin), phosphorus, and selenium. Because we avoid artificial nitrates or nitrites in our curing method, you enjoy a cleaner ingredient profile that better aligns with health-conscious eating.


Storage Instructions & Handling

Upon receipt, store your ham refrigerated between 0–4 °C and consume within 5–7 days (depending on size). If you plan to freeze, wrap tightly and freeze at –18 °C; use within 3–6 months for best quality. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use promptly; do not refreeze. Always wrap to prevent exposure to air and odours.


Cooking Suggestions & Serving Ideas

To enhance the flavour, brush the ham with a glaze made of honey, Dijon mustard, orange juice and fresh herbs about 20 minutes before serving. Warm in a low oven (120-130 °C) until the internal temperature reaches ~60-65 °C (allow the bone to pull slightly). Serve slices alongside roast vegetables, steamed greens, creamy mustard sauce or apple chutney. Leftovers are perfect in sandwiches, omelettes or diced into soups and pasta.
