Our Values

We are committing to protecting the environment and preserving natural resources such as soil, water, and air quality. We prioritize sourcing certified organic produce from local, sustainable producers and farmers who minimize waste and the overall impact on the environment in their (and our) operations. One of our biggest ways to be environmentally sustainable are the use of our Eksy Cooler (Styrofoam Boxes). By re-using these coolers after each order, (washing them, of course) we are ultimately reducing waste and keeping these products out of landfills. Once the boxes are at a point where we can not use them anymore, they are sent to be recycled. We also reduce the amount of plastic used in our orders by means of a Minimal Pack. This simply means we use paper bags, which are more easily recycled. And in the event that paper bags can not be used, we urge our clients to send plastic and other fillers back with their Eksy Boxes where we can either re-use the fillers or properly recycle the contents. One of the fillers, being inhouse recycled cardboard shred, and re-usable ice packs to keep our produce fresh. Wax boxes are flatted and returned to suppliers to be reused. We also have in-house compost bins.

We strongly believe in promoting healthy eating habits and providing high-quality, nutritious food options for our consumers. An Organic based diet is certainly the better and healthier option as we offer fresh and minimally processed foods , without the use of pesticides, fertilizers, and GMO’s that ultimately effect the structure and nutrient level of foods. Certified Organic Produce offers you higher levels of nutrients, without the negative chemicals.

We are actively committing to honesty and openness in all aspects of our business, from sourcing and production practices to pricing and marketing. We offer all information regarding any product and their Organic Certification Levels. We are always open to educate our consumers about organic farming methods, processes, packaging and more.

We are committing to supporting and engaging with our communities. We source all our organically grown produce from local farmers and producers. Firstly, we have partnered with local organisations and charities and provide educational resources to clients. Additionally, we are also committing to providing healthy and delicious food options for our consumers. We highly concentrate on customer satisfaction and meeting our clients’ needs and building long lasting personal relationships with them.
