This roast features tender, juicy meat with a rich flavour profile. As a lean cut, it provides high-quality protein, essential B-vitamins (especially B12 and niacin), and important minerals like zinc and selenium. Storage Instructions & Handling
Upon delivery, refrigerate the lamb roast at 0–4°C and consume within 3–5 days. For longer storage, wrap tightly and freeze at –18°C; best quality is maintained for up to 6–9 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
Cooking Ideas & Serving Suggestions
Before roasting, bring the lamb roast to room temperature. Preheat your oven to 160–170°C (fan-forced). Score the fat, rub with olive oil, sea salt, and your choice of herbs such as rosemary and garlic. Roast until the internal temperature reaches 60–65°C for medium-rare. Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with roasted vegetables, mint sauce, or a rich gravy.
