Britt's classic old fashioned ginger cookies are baked with wholesome organic ingredients like nutritious spelt flour, rich rapadura sugar and cultured butter. You can taste the old fashioned flavour of ginger & spices in every cookie. Spelt is easily digested and these cookies can be enjoyed by some people suffering from wheat 'allergies'. Organic palm fruit oil does not require hydrogenation as it is solid at room temperature, therefore avoiding harmful trans fatty acids.
