Introducing our Ezekiel loaf, a heavenly delicious and nutty bread that will provide you with nutritional benefits rarely seen in other breads. We take six grains, seeds, and legumes, sprout them with filtered water, and craft them into a loaf adapted from the Holy Bible scripture verse Ezekiel 4:9.
Our bread is a complete protein source, providing a protein profile that closely parallels the protein found in dairy and egg products. The combination of ingredients provides a good source of fibre, is low fat, and has low sodium. Our bread is flourless, with no additives or preservatives, and contains 100% biodynamic and organic ingredients, which are all sourced locally in Australia.
