Our Delivery Process & Tips ‘n Tricks

We absolutely love delivering organic goodies to your door. We deliver far and wide, and to make that process a little easier, please follow these important steps:

Returning empty boxes with our own drivers.

Just a brief note as to how the box return system works. If your driver isn't collecting your boxes PLEASE let us know asap by texting 0424 451 608 or emailing dale@freshorganics.com.au
PLEASE DON'T THROW OUT YOUR  BOXES OR ICE PACKS. OUR DRIVERS WILL COLLECT THEM WHEN DELIVERING YOUR NEXT ORDER. 
Please can we ask that you put your boxes out where our driver can collect when they deliver your next order. Please leave the ice packs in the box when you unpack it.

If you would like us to recycle / reuse any of the internal packaging, liners, bubble wrap, shredded cardboard or anything else in your order, please feel free to leave those items in your boxes to be collected when your next order gets delivered. We will be happy to recycle these items for you. By doing that, you are helping us help our environment.

Chilled packaging. Yep.

We work hard to get you the freshest organic produce possible and want to keep it that way. We're passionate about the environment too, so ask you to return your box when your next delivery occurs. Sure, they get a little scuffed after a few goes around, but it's what's inside that counts! When at last
it's time to retire them, we take every box to be specially recycled, keeping them out of land-fill. Please don't return any cardboard (boxes or shredded). Just recycle them.

Minimal Pack

We minimise the plastic bags we use, and use paper or biodegradable/ compostable bags where possible. We know some customers use re-usable storage bags and containers (great idea!) so if you'd rather receive loose produce and store it in your own bags, just write 'minimal packaging' at our online
checkout. And remember, unless it needs ripening, keep all organic produce in the fridge.

Any problem? No Problem

We have a simple satisfaction guarantee on all our produce. We work hard to send you the freshest produce available, but if ever something goes wrong, please know that we'll wear it, not you. GUARANTEED FRESH, or your money back. Simple. (Just let us know next time you order)

All the fresh produce in your order is certified organic! We don't just sell spray free', 'eco' 'IPM' or just "free range'. Instead we sell integrity, peace of mind, and an unwavering commitment to organic food & farming. It's kind of our thing, you know? We get that it's your thing too. You're worth it. And your family
deserves the best. Wonder why some items look a little different to those that you might get in a commercial store? That's because Certified Organic Farmers don't change the natural growth of fruit and veg. Don't worry, though, they're jam packed with all the right nutrients.
