To store, keep your roast refrigerated at 0–4°C. For longer storage, freeze it immediately after purchase and thaw in the fridge before use. Once opened, cook within 48 hours.
How to Cook and Serve Organic Beef Roast
Begin by bringing the roast to room temperature. Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs. Roast in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes per 500g for medium-rare, or adjust to your preferred doneness. After cooking, let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
