Crafted from ACO Certified Organic grass-fed beef, these chipolatas contain no artificial additives, fillers, or preservatives. They're gluten-free, low in sugar, and seasoned simply with rice flour, salt, and a gentle mix of herbs and spices.
Thanks to their high protein content, these sausages support muscle recovery and energy production. They also offer valuable nutrients like iron and zinc, essential for immune and cognitive function.

We only use ACO Certified Organic beef, raised on local Australian farms. These farms prioritise sustainable, humane, and chemical-free practices. Animals graze freely on natural pastures without synthetic hormones or antibiotics. This results in cleaner meat with a richer, more savoury flavour.
Keep refrigerated between 0–4°C and use within 3 days of opening. Freeze if needed and thaw in the fridge before cooking.
Cooking and Serving Suggestions
