Organic Lamb Marrow Bones – Nourishing and Naturally Flavourful

Bone Broth Essential, Full of Nutrients

Unlock the rich, savoury flavour of slow-cooked meals with our Organic Lamb Marrow Bones. Perfect for bone broth, stews, or slow-cooked dishes, these nutrient-dense bones release natural collagen and gelatin when simmered, creating a wholesome base for soups and sauces. Each 600g pack includes chunky marrow-filled bones sourced from 100% certified organic, grass-fed lamb.

These bones add not only richness to your dishes but also valuable nutrients that support joint, gut, and immune health.

Certified Organic and Pasture-Raised

Our marrow bones come from lambs raised on open pastures, free from synthetic chemicals, hormones, and antibiotics. They’re certified by Australian Certified Organic (ACO), ensuring full traceability from farm to plate and adherence to Australia’s strict organic farming standards.

Because these bones come from grass-fed, free-range animals, they contain higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids and CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), both known for their anti-inflammatory properties. The marrow inside is rich in healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals, making it a true superfood for both culinary and wellness-focused eaters.

How to Cook and Enjoy

To make bone broth, roast the marrow bones at 180°C for 20 minutes, then simmer them for 8–24 hours with filtered water, apple cider vinegar, and your choice of herbs and vegetables. Strain and use as a base for soups, gravies, or to sip warm with a pinch of sea salt.

You can also roast the bones with garlic and herbs, then scoop out the rich marrow and spread it on toast for a decadent appetiser.

Storage Instructions
