Place your order online any time you like, and we’ll deliver to your door.

All orders placed before TUESDAY 8.30am will be delivered Thursday – Sunday, depending on where you live.

There’s a minimum order of $100.

PLEASE NOTE: We will always try to accommodate late orders, but will be in touch and advise if we have any stock challenges. At worst, we will deliver your order the following week. We sell many products, particularly fresh produce like meat, fruit, and vegetables, by weight due to their varying sizes and weights. This can lead to slight variations in the weight of your order, a concept we refer to as “over and unders”. If you receive slightly more than your ordered weight, you’re charged for the actual weight you receive, and the same applies if you receive slightly less. We strive for fairness and transparency in our pricing, and always aim to keep weight variations within a certain range. If you have any concerns about significant weight variations or any other questions, we encourage you to contact us.

The standard admin/delivery charge in Brisbane is $10.90
This is what it costs to get a box of perishables (up to 20kg) delivered to your door and the empty boxes collected next time.
Large deliveries (over 2 boxes or over 20kg) may incur a courier surcharge of $5.
Deliveries outside of Brisbane (e.g. Gold and Sunny Coasts, Toowoomba, etc) incur a $9.95 surcharge (per 2boxes/20kg) for
the extra courier costs. If you need one-way chilled insulated packaging (eg. in unit complexes), it’s an additional $4.95 per box, then $1 of that is refunded when we collect 20 cooler bags from you at some time in the future.  Any deliveries out of the areas above will be quoted on delivery.

We CAN accommodate orders from around Australia for ambient groceries,
and will add extra freight costs at whatever Australia Post charge us to send you your parcel.  We are able to deliver to NSW and VIC, at additional courier costs.

Late cancellations: Please note we source from our farmers only the produce we need for orders.
Orders cancelled after they’ve been packed and/or sent may incur a $20 cancellation fee.
If your plans change give us plenty of notice so we haven’t ordered and packed your produce.

Doesn’t seem very internety, we know. But it’s a great opportunity for us to have a chat as you start with us, grab your payment details, tell you a bit about how it works, when your deliveries come in your area, answer any questions you might have, and have a nice chin wag.

All our deliveries are made in chilled styro boxes ($8 deposit with your first order) so if you’re not home when we deliver, your produce will stay chilled for several hours. Remember to leave your box and ice packs out for us to collect next time.
