What are buckinis? Loving Earth invented the name to describe their activated buckwheat. Buck inis are grain-free, gluten-free, crunchy bundles of goodness that don’t go soggy in cold milk. And they’re not even a grain; they’re a protein-packed seed.
Caramelised buckinis – clusters of crunchy, caramel goodness. These are so good, Loving Earth haven’t added anything else, leaving the fun part to you. Think of it as the perfect base, to enjoy hot or cold and load with seasonal fruits, coconut yoghurt, almond milk or whatever else you can conjure up!
