Here are some toppings that may inspire you to pizza greatness (if you aren’t using them already!):
- fresh vegetables – onion, zucchini, mushroom, broccoli, spinach, corn kernels, roast pumpkin, red pepper, grilled eggplant, artichoke
- olives, capers, shredded bacon, tuna, feta cheese, cheddar cheese, pesto, jalapeño peppers, anchovies, pine nuts, pineapple chunks
- dried oregano, powdered garlic to add just before putting in the oven
Spelt is easily digested and many wheat sensitive individuals may tolerate spelt in their diets.
