Organic Times Icing Sugar is a creamy and mellow powdered sugar naturally produced from certified organic golden cane sugar, grown without the use of chemical herbicides, pesticides and fertilisers. With a small 3% of certified organic tapioca starch added to prevent caking, Organic Times’ Icing sugar is gluten free. This finely milled organic icing sugar is ideal for baking, dusting, frosting and fillings.
