Shane once helped write a book named “Chill” (a nutrition book about chilling out!) and he had to write a chapter on green tea. He called it “meditation in a cup”; and what an apt description. Green tea is a type of tea that is made from Camellia sinensis leaves that have not undergone the same withering and oxidation process used to make oolong and black tea.
