Ceres Organics Sundried Tomatoes are derived from fresh organically grown red tomatoes, harvested at their peak of ripeness and naturally dried in the sun, with only a small amount of salt added. After this process, the nutritional value of the tomatoes are preserved and the flavours are enhanced. So spice up your next meal with some sundried tomato pesto, or chop them and spread into your cooked green beans or fresh tossed salad. They work anywhere fresh or canned tomatoes do! Sundried tomatoes can be preserved in olive oil, along with other ingredients such as rosemary, basil, tomatoes, dried paprika and garlic.
